Pricing
The fees for each plan are as listed on the pricing page of our facility website.
All listed prices include tax.
Payment Methods
Cashless payment (drop-in, meeting room use, etc.)
Credit card payment (monthly members)
Payment Due Date
Drop-in: Payment at the time of visit
Monthly members:
First payment: First month's fee and initial fees charged at the time of application
Ongoing: 25th of each month (or the preceding business day if the 25th falls on a bank holiday)
Additional Fees
There are no costs to be borne by the customer other than the facility usage fee.
Service Availability
You may begin using the facility after your application is completed.
*If reissuance of an ID card is required, an additional reissue fee will apply.
Contract Term and Cancellation
The minimum subscription period is 2 months.
To cancel, please notify us at least 2 months in advance using the designated method.
Fees already paid are non-refundable in principle.
Cancellation and Refunds
If you wish to cancel after applying but before service begins, please contact us via the inquiry form or the contact details above. Refunds will be assessed individually depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.
As a general rule, we do not provide refunds after service has begun. However, this does not apply if we were unable to provide the service properly due to our circumstances.

If there is a request to disclose information regarding the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, we will respond promptly.
